Advicenne: hearing date set for the end of the observation period of its safeguard procedure
Advicenne informed its shareholders, in a press release published on 3 November 2026, that the hearing marking the end of the observation period of its safeguard procedure will be held before the Paris Commercial Court.
The company will provide 'an update on the next steps' of this procedure upon receipt of the court's decision rendered at the end of the hearing.
An observation period initially scheduled to end on 5 November
The observation period opened under the safeguard procedure was initially scheduled to end on 5 November 2026. It was subject to the possibility of an additional extension of six months.
The hearing will be held on 9 November 2026, after the initial deadline of 5 November. According to Advicenne, it is this hearing that will mark the end of the observation period, before the company communicates on the next steps of the procedure.
