The transaction, announced on January 8, 2026, aimed to integrate Bovemij, an established insurer for the mobility sector. All necessary regulatory approvals were obtained, and the relevant works councils issued a favorable opinion, thus satisfying all closing conditions.
Joint Venture with BOVAG and Gradual Integration
In conjunction with the acquisition of the insurance operations, ASR and BOVAG will form a joint venture dedicated to the distribution activities of Bovemij and ENRA, aiming to enhance services for entrepreneurs in the mobility sector.
