BIC's Board of Directors has adopted a new compensation policy for corporate officers for the fiscal year 2026, revising downwards the compensation elements for its executive leaders. This decision follows recommendations from the Compensation Committee and the Nominations, Governance, and CSR Committee.
For the year 2026, the fixed compensation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors is set at 300,000 euros, representing a 25% reduction compared to the policy voted in 2025.
