Bluelinea: Revenue Down 11% in H1, Decline Slowed in Q2
Bluelinea reported first-half revenue down 11% year-over-year at 4,740 k€. The slowdown in the pace of decline in the second quarter marks a turning point, although it does not bring the Company back to the trajectory targeted by its management board.
Behind this overall figure, both business segments posted declines, while the Silver Economy operator strengthened its equity after the close through a capital increase subscribed by its controlling shareholder.
A Half-Year Decline of 11%, Less Pronounced in Q2
First-half 2026 revenue stood at 4,740 k€, compared to 5,310 k€ in the same period of 2025, a decline of 11%.
Quarterly dynamics show a slowdown in the pace of decline: second-quarter 2026 revenue fell by 6%, following a 15% decrease in the first quarter. As the Company indicated in May, this second quarter made it possible to slow sales erosion, although it did not yet allow the Company to return to the trajectory initially planned by the management board.
Both Segments in Decline, Commercial Recovery and Deployment Delays
The Senior & Home Care segment, which had 65,488 subscribers at end of June 2026, generated revenue of 2,749 k€, compared to 2,982 k€ a year earlier. According to the Company, the identified levers for commercial recovery have not yet produced their effects.
The Facilities segment, with 794 equipped sites at end of June 2026, achieved 1,991 k€, compared to 2,328 k€ in the first half of 2025. Bluelinea attributes this decline to market sluggishness as well as deployment delays postponed to the second half of the year.
A Capital Increase of 1.47 M€ After Close, Apicil at 85.14%
Following the close of the first half, Bluelinea completed a capital increase of 1,474 k€ intended to repay the current account advance granted by the Apicil Group, the transaction aimed at strengthening equity and net cash.
Following this operation, announced on July 23, 2026, the Apicil Group controls 85.14% of the capital and 85.53% of the voting rights of the Company. Bluelinea will publish its results for the first half of 2026 on October 9, 2026, before market opening.
