D.A.T.E. Successfully Lists on Paris Stock Exchange, Oversubscribed 1.8 Times at €19.36

An Operation Worth €12.6 Million Following Exercise of the Extension Clause
D.A.T.E. announced on September 22, 2026 the success of its stock market listing with a view to admitting its shares to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris (ISIN Code: FR0014018PW8, ticker: ALDAT). The operation involves a total gross amount of €12.6 million, of which €11.6 million from the capital increase and €1.0 million from the sale of existing shares, following full exercise of the extension clause.
This amount may be increased to approximately €14.5 million in the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option through sales of existing shares. Overall demand reached €20.1 million, of which €12.4 million was subscribed as part of the global placement with institutional investors and €7.7 million through the fixed-price offering to individual investors.
The global placement represented 61.9% of overall demand and the fixed-price offering 38.1%. As part of the fixed-price offering, A1 orders (between 1 and 125 shares inclusive) will be served at 80%, while A2 orders (beyond 125 shares) will not be served.
Market Capitalization of €43.6 Million and Listing Schedule
Following the operation, D.A.T.E.'s capital comprises 2,254,156 shares, representing a market capitalization of approximately €43.6 million based on the listing price of €19.36 per share. The free float represents approximately 28.7% of capital after the operation and may be increased to approximately 33.0% in the event of full exercise of the over-allotment option.
Settlement and delivery of the offering will take place on September 24, 2026. The shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Growth in Paris as of September 25, 2026. The deadline for exercising the over-allotment option is set for October 23, 2026.
The offering price, set on September 7, 2026 by the board of directors, is €19.36 per share, of which €0.25 is par value and €19.11 is share premium. The net proceeds from the capital increase, approximately €10.6 million, will be allocated approximately 30% to the development of a new industrial facility and strengthening production capacity, 40% to expanding the thermal solutions offering, and 30% to supporting international expansion.
