Dekuple Establishes Presence in the Middle East with New Agencies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Dekuple Group has set up a communication agency in the United Arab Emirates, based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, in partnership with two regional entrepreneurs. This move continues the group's international expansion, targeting 30% of its revenue from abroad by 2030.
A Joint Venture Owned 51% by Dekuple
Dekuple has partnered with Hubert Boulos and Ramsey Naja to create Das Kapital Dekuple Group, based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The French group, specializing in communication and data marketing, holds a 51% stake in the venture. Das Kapital aims to become a major player in marketing and communication in the Middle East, supporting both international brands and regional players. This establishment is part of Dekuple's ongoing international expansion, which already includes positions in Europe, a desk in China, and operations in North America. The agency aims for a gradual ramp-up to cover the main markets of the Gulf.
Partners with Established Regional Profiles
Hubert Boulos has held leadership roles in several international networks (Publicis Conseil, BBDO, J. Walter Thompson, DDB) before moving to Dubai in 2006. Ramsey Naja has worked for independent London agencies and served as Chief Creative Officer in the Middle East for J. Walter Thompson and DDB before co-founding Das Kapital in 2024 with Hubert Boulos. Das Kapital already supports several major international brands in the FMCG and Banking sectors, including Pepsi (with the 'What The Cup' launch in Asia and the Middle East), Wendy's, and institutions like Doha Bank in Qatar. The agency has also conducted consulting operations for CMA CGM and DKNY.
Leveraging the Group's Proprietary Solutions
Dekuple has an ecosystem of expertise (influence, SEO, GEO, netlinking, insights, media, automation, social media, local marketing) and proprietary data and MarTech solutions. Das Kapital gains direct access to these, enhancing its ability to adapt its offerings in response to AI-driven changes. Bertrand Laurioz, Chairman & CEO of Dekuple, emphasizes that this creation meets the group's objectives: to reach €400 million in turnover by 2030, with 30% of revenue and staff internationally. In the first quarter of 2026, Dekuple recorded a 50% increase in its activities outside of France.
