Elis shares break through their €23.08 resistance level and rise 2%
The linen rental and maintenance specialist extends its rebound in a slightly positive Paris market. The stock is supported by quarterly revenue published last week and by annual targets that have been maintained. It ranks among the best performers of its index in mid-afternoon trading.
The break above €23.08 turns the former resistance into support
The Elis stock gains 1.99% to €23.54 and exceeds its 30-session high of €23.08. This level, which acted as resistance, becomes support.
The stock thus extends a movement that began after the third-quarter results, published on October 28: revenue of €1,323.9 million, up 6.1%, including 3.5% organic growth.
Over seven days, the stock has risen 5.94%, and the price is 6.81% above its MM20 moving average of €22.04. The next resistance is at €28.22. The MM200 moving average, at €25.08, remains 6.14% above the current price, and the RSI at 66 accompanies this rise without signaling excess.
A supportive backdrop for the stock, between confirmed targets and share buybacks
When publishing its first nine months of 2026 results on October 28, management indicated that this quarterly performance allowed it to confirm all of its financial targets for the year. The group is also continuing its share buybacks: €599 million have been repurchased over twelve months, representing 10.7% of market capitalization.
On the financial structure front, 99% of the 2029 OCEANEs were presented for conversion or exchange in early October, resulting in the delivery of 23.6 million shares.
The stock is still down 5% over three months, but has gained nearly 12% over one month. The SBF 120 is up 0.27% at the same time, and Elis is clearly outperforming the index.
