Eramet stock rebounds 2.5% following strong Q3 results and 2026 targets
The mining and metallurgical group advances mid-morning following the release of its third-quarter activity. Revenue is accompanied by a profitability target for the full year, adding to the capital strengthening project. The stock thus emerges from a series of deteriorated technical benchmarks.
Revenue of €746 million, driven by prices but hindered by Indonesia
Adjusted revenue for Eramet reached €746 million in the third quarter, up 4%, according to the statement dated October 29. A price effect of +15% offset a volume effect of -12%, which the group attributes exclusively to lower sales in Indonesia.
The group also published an adjusted EBITDA target for 2026 between €540 million and €610 million, disclosed on an exceptional basis ahead of its €500 million capital increase.
Balance sheet strengthening remains conditional on the completion of this operation before year-end. This announcement comes in a well-oriented Paris market: the CAC 40 gains 1.1% in trading, while the stock advances 2.31% and ranks in the upper portion of the SBF 120.
A rebound that remains far from moving averages after a month of 18% decline
Today's gain does little to change the stock's underlying situation, which has fallen 18% over one month and remains close to last week's performance (-0.66% over seven days).
At €36.34, the stock is below its 20-day moving average at €38.98 (gap of 6.8%), and even further from its 50-day moving average at €42.48, which sits 16.9% above the price.
The support level at €33.74, which is closer, bounds the lower end of the recent movement, while the RSI at 39 indicates neither oversold nor overbought conditions. The group's next milestone remains its capital increase, which the State supports and for which analysts have not issued a new opinion today.
