On Tuesday, FORVIA introduced its Investor Day and launched IGNITE, its new strategic roadmap aimed at strengthening the group's positioning, reducing complexity, and ensuring financial flexibility through debt reduction. The plan is structured around a two-phase transformation and a new portfolio structure organized into two distinct poles.
IGNITE is based on a transformation project divided into two stages. The first, titled 'Refocusing and Strengthening' (2025-2028), consolidates the operational and financial foundations of the group through portfolio simplification and rigorous execution. This phase, already underway, relies on significant cost reduction programs (EU-FORWARD and SIMPLIFY) and strict investment discipline. After 2028, FORVIA will enter the 'Leadership and Growth' phase, building on a stronger foundation, a more targeted portfolio, and an enhanced balance sheet, to reinforce its leadership in key markets and technologies and accelerate profitable growth.
