Haffner Energy Drives Core100 Revenue Potential Beyond €500 Million

The biomass-based solutions designer, based in Vitry-le-François, is driving its CORE100 booking program's revenue potential beyond €500 million, without modifying the 100-module cap set over three years. The expansion of the supply scope is accompanied by an extension of the booking period until January 31, 2027.

Haffner Energy Drives Core100 Revenue Potential Beyond €500 Million

Revenue Potential Increased from €300 Million to Over €500 Million

Haffner Energy announced on September 17, 2026 an upward revision of the revenue potential for CORE100, its C-iC module booking program launched seven months earlier.

The revenue potential associated with the program increases from €300 million to over €500 million, representing growth of more than 60%, while the 100-unit cap remains unchanged over three years. According to the Company, this revision results solely from the expansion of the supply scope for each project.

The projected gross margin generated by CORE100 is increased to over €175 million, compared to €90 million at launch. To date, 38 SYNOCA C-iC and HYNOCA C-iC units have been reserved, covering syngas and hydrogen production projects in Europe and the United States.

The booking period is extended until January 31, 2027, particularly to align with the H6 module qualification schedule and the development of new offerings. Industrial deployment is planned from March 2027 to March 2030.

Haffner Energy is expanding CORE100 to integrated multi-module energy solutions, covering the entire value chain, from biomass to the final energy vector.

The offering is expanding to include renewable methane and renewable methanol production, combining the Company's proprietary technologies with equipment supplied by specialized manufacturers. The Company selects, integrates and supplies this equipment as part of the integrated solution delivered to the customer.

A dedicated data center offering was launched in August, while the expansion to multi-module solutions for methane and methanol is planned for early October. For data centers, the configurations developed can mobilize several tens of CORE100 modules per project, with the supply of electricity and cooling for servers.

According to the Company, the upward revision of revenues results from the integration of equipment necessary for the delivery of the final energy product, a significant portion of which is supplied by specialized partners. This approach makes it possible to increase revenue per project without proportionally increasing Haffner Energy's own industrial capacity and cost base.

Demand That Could Exceed the 100-Module Cap

Philippe Haffner, Chief Executive Officer, indicated that demand for larger integrated solutions was strong, and that the Company had adapted CORE100 to this market reality without modifying its industrial capacity limit or its modular approach.

According to the executive, given the size of projects currently under review, booking demand could take the program beyond 100 modules. The Company nevertheless maintains the 100-module cap in order to manage its industrial ramp-up.

In accordance with the mechanism established at the launch of CORE100, bookings are intended to be converted into firm orders, accompanied by mutual contractual commitments and advance payments, at the end of the booking period.
