Hoffmann Green renews its three-year partnership with the CSTB
The Vendée-based producer of 0% clinker cements has extended for the third time its collaboration with the Scientific and Technical Center for Building, the organization responsible for evaluating its technologies.
This new cycle focuses on two priorities: expanding the uses of H-UKR, which already has three Technical Opinions, and preparing the evaluation of H-CLAY, its new technology.
Hoffmann Green Cement Technologies (ISIN: FR0013451044, ticker: ALHGR) announced on October 5, 2026, at 6:00 PM, the renewal of its partnership with the Scientific and Technical Center for Building (CSTB). The company describes this partnership as strategic.
Founded in 2014 and based in Bournezeau, Vendée, Hoffmann Green designs, produces and markets clinker-free cements. According to the company, their carbon footprint is five times lower than traditional cements.
Co-founders Julien Blanchard and David Hoffmann indicate that they chose to commit to the evaluation of their technologies rather than wait for a possible evolution of standards.

The partnership is renewed for three additional years. According to the co-founders, this is the third renewal of this collaboration.
They present the obtaining of three Technical Opinions for H-UKR as the concrete outcome of their evaluation approach and as a lever for the commercial deployment of this cement.
The new period should make it possible to further expand the applications of H-UKR and to prepare the evaluation of H-CLAY, the group's new technology.
Industrial capacity targeting approximately 1,000,000 tons per year
For Jonathan Sebbane, president of the CSTB, this renewal illustrates shared convictions: "innovation is an essential lever to accelerate the decarbonization of the construction sector".
On the industrial front, Hoffmann Green operates two production units on the Bournezeau site, including H2, inaugurated in May 2023. A third plant is to be built in the Rhône-Alpes region by 2027-2028, in order to bring the group's total production capacity to approximately 1,000,000 tons per year.
Internationally, the company is developing under a licensing model, with contracts signed in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Saudi Arabia and the United States.
