Ipsen co-opts Mariette Finet to its board of directors

An administrator co-opted to replace Michèle Ollier

Ipsen (Euronext: IPN; ADR: IPSEY) announced on September 18, 2026 the co-optation of Mariette Finet as an administrator to its board of directors, effective immediately.

She succeeds Michèle Ollier, who resigned on August 1, 2026. The board of directors also appointed her as a member of the Product Portfolio Committee.

Subject to ratification by the next general shareholders' meeting, she will serve her term for the remaining duration of Michèle Ollier's mandate, namely until the general shareholders' meeting called to rule on the accounts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2026.

More than 35 years of experience in healthcare and life sciences

A Doctor of Medicine graduate from the University of Nancy, Mariette Finet has more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors. She began her career within the medical department of Laboratoires Beaufour in Paris, where she held positions in pharmaceutical asset analysis and conducted clinical research work, particularly in gastroenterology, before continuing at Beaufour-Ipsen Pharma and then Ipsen in the marketing department.

Since 2007, she has held positions as scientific and medical advisor at Mayroy and then at Highrock S.à r.l., where she analyzes investments and monitors holdings, particularly in the fields of pharmacy, Med Tech, and life sciences. She has also served as a director of Lightinderm SAS and Kaerus Bioscience Ltd.

Following this co-optation, the board of directors remains composed of 14 administrators, with seven women and seven men, including four independent administrators and two administrators representing employees.
