Klarsen launches Dimea, its dietary supplements brand in e-commerce
The Bordeaux-based data marketing specialist is now applying to its own product offering expertise previously dedicated to its clients. Dimea, a 100% owned subsidiary, will target the dietary supplements and wellness market.
A market for over 50s at the heart of the strategy
Klarsen (FR0011038348, ALKLA) announced on August 26, 2026 the launch of Dimea, its new e-commerce activity dedicated to dietary supplements and wellness products. The group presents this initiative as an evolution of its model: after putting its expertise at the service of brands for more than twenty years, it is now applying it to its own product offering.
The group positions this approach in the French dietary supplements market, valued at 3 billion euros in turnover in 2025, growing by 2.6% year-on-year, with 78% of consumers declaring they take them regularly, of which more than 10% are made through distance selling and e-commerce (source: Synadiet). Klarsen links this orientation to its core competency: knowledge and targeting of audiences over 50 years old, built on more than forty years of senior BtoC data.
An autonomous subsidiary without mobilization of operational subsidiaries
The project is carried out by Klarsen SA, which ensures its financing and management. The activity is housed in Dimea, a simplified joint-stock company newly constituted and 100% owned by Klarsen SA, whose bylaws are being filed this week. Domain names have been reserved and the brand is subject to a filing with the INPI. The group specifies that no financial resources from operational subsidiaries are committed to this project.
The launch mobilizes expertise already present within the group (targeting and data, agency expertise, content production, technologies and ERP), without creation of a heavy structure. Klarsen indicates it is operating this new activity at constant headcount and with limited entry costs, notably through the use of artificial intelligence applied to content production, audience segmentation and transaction processing. Production is entrusted to a specialized European manufacturer, and the commercial launch of an initial product line is planned for the third quarter of 2026. The group indicates it will communicate on the product line, positioning and commercial schedule in the coming weeks, and recalls the holding of a shareholder information meeting by videoconference on August 27, 2026 at 18:00, during which the Dimea project will be presented.
