The cosmetics group extends a sharp rebound in a Paris market trending higher. The stock erased its previous intraday peak, a few days after quarterly results that came in better than expected.
The stock gains 2.74% to €444.55 and touched €445.85 intraday, its highest level in two years (the previous record was €442.35, in 2024). The price remains slightly below this intraday high, but it has moved back above the €436.95 level, which has become support.
The move extends a 19.26% rebound over one month, placing the stock more than 12% above its 50-day moving average. The RSI at 73 signals an overbought configuration after this rapid rise.
Within the index, L'Oréal ranks among the day's gainers without leading them, while the CAC 40 is up 2.09%. Trading volumes for the session are not yet known at this stage.
