Linedata: Stable revenue over nine months, organic growth of 8.8% in the third quarter
Over nine months, Linedata's revenue is virtually stable on a reported basis, but momentum has shifted pace across quarters. Following a decline at the end of fiscal year 2025 linked to the August 2025 cyber incident, the software and services publisher for asset and credit management returned to organic growth in 2026.
The movement accelerated in the third quarter: growth reaches 8.8% at constant perimeter and exchange rates, compared to 0.5% in the second quarter. Order intake advanced 6.2% over the period, an indicator that feeds activity in subsequent quarters.
€121.4M over nine months, up 1.7% organically
Linedata published on October 27, 2026 revenue of €121.4 million for the first nine months of the fiscal year, compared to €122.0 million a year earlier. On a reported basis, the change stands at -0.5%, a level the group qualifies as stable.
At constant perimeter and exchange rates, activity grew 1.7%. The gap between the two readings stems from structural and exchange effects, which the group neutralizes in its organic measurement.
The Asset Management division, which represents the bulk of revenues, totaled €77.9 million compared to €78.9 million (-1.3% reported, +1.5% organic). The Lending & Leasing division reached €43.5 million compared to €43.1 million (+1.0% reported, +2.0% organic).
Recurring revenues stood at €97.4 million at end-September, up €0.5 million, and represent 80% of total revenue, one percentage point more than a year ago.
Asset Management: +14.7% in the third quarter after two quarters of decline
The quarterly breakdown clarifies the cumulative figure. The Asset Management division recorded €26.0 million in the first quarter (-7.8%), €25.9 million in the second (-7.8%), then €25.9 million in the third, up 14.7%.
The Software division posted €53.8 million in revenue, down 0.8% organically over nine months, but up 14.9% organically in the third quarter. The group notes that this growth benefits from a favorable comparison base, linked to the 2025 cyber incident.
The Services division continues its growth trajectory: +9.4% at constant perimeter and exchange rates in the third quarter, and +6.9% organically over nine months. It is thus the component of the division whose progress does not rely on the base effect highlighted for software.
Lending & Leasing: order intake up 17.3%
The Lending & Leasing division presents a more irregular quarterly profile: €14.2 million in the first quarter (-9.8%), €16.2 million in the second (+12.0%) and €13.1 million in the third (+1.7%). Its order intake reached €13.5 million over nine months, up 17.3%.
At group level, order intake stood at €37.2 million at end-September 2026, up 6.2%. Linedata indicates it is continuing efforts to support business growth and consolidate its return to organic growth in 2026. As a reminder, the group achieved revenue of €169.6 million over fiscal year 2025.
The next publication, devoted to 2026 full-year revenue, is scheduled for January 28, 2027 after market close. The most structurally significant fact of this publication remains the acceleration of organic growth, from 0.5% in the second quarter to 8.8% in the third quarter.
