Nearly 15% lost in the quarter: Mercialys share rebounds, RSI at 34
The shopping center real estate company is recovering in early afternoon, following an activity update at end of September accompanied by confirmed 2026 objectives. The rebound comes after a long series of declines, which had brought the share back toward 2023 levels.
A rebound that brings the price back to contact with the 20-day moving average
The Mercialys share gains 2.39% to €9.85, in a CAC 40 up 0.23%. The share thus returns to contact with its 20-day moving average (€9.82), while the RSI at 34 remains close to the oversold zone after a quarter at -14.8%. The price remains significantly below the 50-day MA (€10.64), a gap of 7.4%, and the 200-day MA (€11.40).
The support at €9.41 was tested in early October, when the share touched its lowest level in three years. Over the week, the value gains 4.1%, which mitigates but does not erase the monthly decline of 5.7%. Rents up 2.5% over nine months, published on October 15 after close, provide a news backdrop for today's movement. The share remains 13.6% below its 200-day MA.
Long-term rates, Jefferies and activity indicators: the context of the share

Based on the consensus of surveyed analysts, the share is trading at approximately 7.5 times current fiscal year earnings.
