Publicis Groupe shares are up 1.71% to €91.36 in late afternoon trading, among the top gainers on the CAC 40, which is up 0.82%. CIC Market Solutions initiated coverage on June 15 with a buy rating and a price target of €110, representing an upside potential of more than 20% from the current price. This new target adds to a series of favorable opinions accumulated since spring, following a target of €118 by Berenberg in early June and a €125 target by BNP Paribas Exane at the end of May. These upgrades follow the acquisition of LiveRamp for $2.167 billion, announced on May 18, accompanied by raised outlooks for 2027 and 2028.
The Stock Extends a Rally of Over 18% in One Month and Enters Overbought Territory
The stock's performance remains impressive: nearly 4% gained over the week and 18.5% over a month, bringing the annual decline to less than 4%. The price is now 6.52% above its 20-day moving average (€85.77) and 12.69% above its 50-day moving average (€81.07), illustrating the acceleration of the trend. The RSI at 69 is close to the overbought threshold, as the stock approaches the technical resistance identified at €95.78.
