Sensorion Organizes a SENS-601 Program Day on September 22 on its Gene Therapy
The Montpellier-based biotech details the terms of access to an event dedicated to SENS-601, its flagship gene therapy program targeting a form of genetic deafness. The session, scheduled for September 22, 2026, will bring together the management team and two external speakers.
An Event Centered on the SENS-601 Program and the HearConnex Trial
Sensorion announced on September 18, 2026 the registration and connection procedures for its SENS-601 Program Day, which will be held on September 22, 2026 at 2:30 PM CET (8:30 AM ET). The event will be dedicated to the SENS-601 program, a gene therapy targeting hearing loss related to the GJB2 gene. The session will focus on the underlying science, the patient population concerned, as well as the design and evaluation criteria of the HearConnex trial. This program is part of the Company's strategic collaboration with the Pasteur Institute on the genetics of hearing. The ANSM authorized the conduct of the HearConnex trial in France in early September 2026.
Management and External Speakers Brought Together, with Replay Planned
The event will bring together members of Sensorion's management team, alongside two external speakers: Prof. Christine Petit (Pasteur Institute - Institute for Hearing / reConnect Institute) and Dr. Sharon Cushing (The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto), Coordinating Investigator of the HearConnex trial. Access is via a webcast and a question-and-answer session by conference call, both subject to mandatory prior registration. A replay of the webcast will be available on the Company's website after the event, where the detailed program is also posted.
