Viridien provides the computing infrastructure for AMESA Agent Cloud, dedicated to AI agents
The partnership announced on 5 November 2026 makes Viridien's high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure the hosted foundation of AMESA Agent Cloud, the AI platform offering designed for the operational autonomy of enterprises.
On the Viridien side, the partnership is carried by its HPC & Cloud Solutions business. It extends the use of its computing resources to the training of AI agents for industrial applications.
A managed computing infrastructure serving AMESA Agent Cloud
Viridien, which describes itself in the press release as an advanced technology and HPC company, announced from Paris a partnership with AMESA. The agreement covers the provision of the high-performance computing infrastructure on which AMESA Agent Cloud is based.
According to the press release, AMESA already works with some of the largest global companies to design and train AI agents. These agents are intended for critical operational uses in industrial process control, as well as in the supply chain and logistics.
Through this partnership, AMESA's customers can access an industrial-scale HPC and AI infrastructure, as well as the associated expertise. They do not have to build, manage or maintain their own high-performance computing environments.
Dedicated infrastructure, operational support and future hosted services
Viridien provides dedicated HPC and AI infrastructure, its expertise and managed operational support. Together, these should enable AMESA to offer its customers a scalable computing environment for training and deploying autonomous AI systems.
Viridien's dedicated and managed training infrastructure will serve as the hosted base for AMESA Agent Cloud. It will provide access to computing resources for training agents and will support future autonomous AI services delivered in hosted mode.
The partnership does not come with deployment exclusivity for users. They may run AMESA in their own cloud environment, on their on-premises infrastructure, or use AMESA Agent Cloud operated on Viridien's infrastructure, depending on their security, data governance and performance requirements.
Reduced training times according to tests conducted by AMESA
According to tests carried out by AMESA, Viridien's managed HPC environment improved agent training performance by 10 to 30 times. The comparison concerns the hosted environment AMESA previously used.
Alistair Fulton, Chief Executive Officer of AMESA, stated: "Our partnership with Viridien gives them the managed infrastructure to train and scale these systems much faster, without requiring them to become experts in high-performance computing."
Gretell Otano, Vice President Growth and Strategy of Viridien's HPC & Cloud Solutions business, emphasized that "performance, reliability and scalability are becoming increasingly important as organizations move their AI initiatives into production."
