Atos Group Shares Recover the €27 Level and Target Resistance at €27.78
The IT services and cybersecurity group recovers mid-session in a rising Parisian market. The stock outperforms its index and approaches a technical threshold well known to traders.
A Share Price Between Its Short-Term and Long-Term Moving Averages
Atos Group gains 2.64% to €27.20 and approaches its resistance at €27.78, the level where the stock had stalled on Monday.
The price is above its MA20 and MA50, which are respectively 11.29% and 11.52% lower, while it remains 19.65% below its MA200 (€33.85). The 23.41% rebound over one month partly offsets, but does not fully compensate for, the 14.47% decline over three months.
In the SBF 120, which is up 0.52%, the stock is among the biggest gainers of the session. The RSI at 60 remains in neutral territory.
On the short-selling side, the disclosures consulted list four funds holding a combined 3.79% of the capital, i.e. 0.28 points more than a month ago. This increase remains modest: it indicates that market participants are still positioned for a decline, without signalling a widespread loss of confidence.
Product Announcements and an ISG Ranking Following One Another Since the Start of the Week
The group has stepped up its communications in recent days. On November 3, Atos announced that it is ranked in the leaders quadrant of the ISG ranking for agentic AI services, after a "Market Challenger" position in 2025. The same day, Eviden presented the SMX, a water-relative speed sensor intended for naval forces and manufactured in France.
On the financial side, the company confirmed its 2026 objectives in its publication of October 21, 2026, with an organic decline of 2.4% in the third quarter.
As for the context, the session opens with the CAC 40 up 0.48% and the 10-year French OAT at 4.88% according to the latest Banque de France data, dated November 4.
