Air Liquide Shares Hit a Record High of €182.66 Intraday
The industrial and medical gases group reached a new all-time high intraday before slipping slightly back below that level. The move comes as a same-day analyst rating adds to the context following its quarterly results, while the CAC 40 remains nearly flat.
A Peak at €182.66 After Breaking Through Resistance at €182.04
Intraday, Air Liquide shares broke above their €182.04 resistance and touched €182.66, their all-time high, surpassing the previous record of €182.26 set on July 6, 2026.
The stock then fell back below this level and was trading at €181.86 late in the afternoon, down 0.1% from the previous session. The decline for the day therefore remains minimal against a 3.7% gain over seven days and 6.9% over one month.
The RSI at 74 indicates an overbought condition. The share price is 4.7% above its MM20 (€173.71), 6.6% above its MM50 and 9.9% above its MM200. The CAC 40, at 8,046.78 points, is virtually unchanged (-0.01%), and Air Liquide ranks mid-table in the index.

Citi today raised its price target from €198 to €209, maintaining a buy rating. This target is about 15% above the current share price. It adds to the analyst consensus on the stock.
The upgrade comes a few days after the third-quarter revenue, published on October 29: €7,259 million, up 3.0% on a comparable basis. The group also announced a €1 billion share buyback programme. It said it was confident in its ability to gain 100 basis points of operating margin in 2026, and the same again in 2027.
