Mining Projects in Argentina, Brazil and Chile

Its portfolio and current projects cover several established mining jurisdictions, including Argentina, Brazil and Chile, with additional opportunities under evaluation. The stated strategy is based on the acquisition and development of assets that have already experienced historical production, presenting untapped potential and exploration prospects. The stated objective is to advance these assets to production in order to generate revenue. The company was previously listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company), before adopting its current operating investment vehicle model. On 12 October 2026, it announced that it had completed the financial and legal audits required prior to its admission to the Norwegian exchange.
