AMG Critical Materials Requests Secondary Listing on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
The critical metals producer has filed an application for admission of its shares to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, while maintaining Euronext Amsterdam as its primary listing venue. AMG does not plan any issuance or offering of new shares as part of this secondary listing.
AMG Critical Materials N.V. announced on September 24, 2026 that it has sought admission of its securities to listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The company indicates that the first trading day is expected on September 30, 2026.
Euronext Amsterdam will remain the group's primary listing venue. As the company previously indicated, AMG does not plan any issuance or offering of new shares as part of this secondary listing.
