Icade and La Poste Immobilier inaugurated the So Victoria residence in Aix-les-Bains on Friday, a complex of 74 housing units designed in Art Deco style. The project exemplifies the real estate group's strategy to offer accessible and mixed housing in city centers.

Located at the corner of Victoria and Marie-de-Solms avenues on the former site of La Poste, the So Victoria residence houses 74 units, including 19 rental apartments acquired by Opac de Savoie. The complex also includes a commercial space reserved by Citya Immobilier, as well as a landscaped garden of 325 m² designed to enhance the heart of the block for residents.
The apartments, ranging from two to five rooms, all feature a private outdoor space. The building provides 138 underground parking spaces and ground-floor bicycle storage facilities. The first residents are expected from June 23.
