Nanobiotix stock breaks through its support at €29.66 and drops 23.5% over one month
The Parisian biotech company specializing in oncological nanomedicine is among the most neglected values of the SBF 120 this Thursday, as the index declines amid a context of rising bond yields. Today's decline adds to a very difficult September for the security, which nevertheless maintains an exceptional gain over twelve months.
Nanobiotix falls below its support at €29.66 and intensifies its monthly decline of 23.7%
Nanobiotix loses 4.03% to €29.02 in trading, after closing the previous day at €30.24. The technical event of the day is clear: the security has breached its support level at €29.66 downward and remains below it, at €29.18 at the latest reading. This threshold had already been touched during previous episodes of selling pressure, but it gives way this time in a generally unfavorable European market, with the SBF 120 declining 0.8% in trading while the CAC 40 loses the same proportion.
Over one month, the decline reaches 23.71%, a deterioration that has accumulated gradually since the beginning of September. Over one year, however, performance remains remarkable at +152.3%, which illustrates the amplitude of oscillations for a high-volatility security (23.54% over one month). Ranking 119th out of 120 members of the SBF 120 positions Nanobiotix among the largest declines on the index this Thursday.
Below its two short-term moving averages, the 200-day MA at €28.41 as sole mobile floor
The technical configuration remains under pressure. The price at €29.02 is below the 20-day MA at €32.38 (gap of -10.38%) and the 50-day MA at €33.51 (gap of -13.40%), two averages that have formed a difficult ceiling to breach for several weeks. Only the 200-day MA, at €28.41, remains still below the price, with a positive gap of +2.15%: it constitutes the last significant mobile floor, especially since the support at €29.66 has just been broken.
The RSI at 40 is approaching the oversold zone without yet entering it, within a MACD whose histogram remains negative (-0.21). The security developed in partnership with Johnson & Johnson (radioamplifier NBTXR3/JNJ-1900 combined with radiotherapy) had published positive clinical results on lung cancer on September 14, 2026, without this halting the downward momentum of the security. The next support zone to monitor is the 200-day MA at €28.41, which will be tested if selling pressure continues.
