UNIFY Group Acquires Option Finance and Its Four Titles as Part of a Disposal Plan
The brands Option Finance, Option Droit & Affaires, Funds Magazine and La Tribune de l'Assurance, along with their associated professional events, will join the Reworld Media division. The group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, is thereby expanding its audience among financial directors, asset managers, insurers and business lawyers.
Brands, Digital Platforms and Events: The Acquired Scope
UNIFY Group announced on October 27, 2026 the acquisition of Option Finance, a professional media group dedicated to corporate finance, business law, asset management and insurance. The transaction was validated by the Paris Business Court as part of a disposal plan. This legal framework defines its scope: the acquisition covers media and event assets.
The scope includes editorial brands, digital platforms and associated activities. Four titles structure this portfolio: Option Finance, focused on corporate finance; Option Droit & Affaires, dedicated to business law; Funds Magazine, centered on asset management, and La Tribune de l'Assurance. These are supplemented by specialized information services and communication solutions intended for financial companies, asset management firms, insurers and business law firms.
Option Finance was created in 1988. Its publications are aimed at financial directors, corporate finance professionals, asset management and insurance specialists, as well as business law practitioners. The group also organizes professional events for decision-makers and experts in these sectors.
The transaction thus concerns two distinct business lines: specialized publishing and the organization of professional meetings. UNIFY Group already operates both activities, the first through Reworld Media, the second through Event Flow. The acquisition does not bring the group into a new business line: it provides it with a targeted audience composed of finance, law and insurance professionals, in editorial segments where it adds four titles at once.
Integration into Reworld Media and Planned Expansion in Events and Training
The acquired brands will be integrated into the Reworld Media division, UNIFY Group's media business. The group presents the transaction as a new stage in its diversification through media and as a strengthening of its "Finance" vertical. According to the statement, it consolidates its positioning with economic and financial decision-makers.
The company believes that this acquisition would open new development perspectives beyond publishing. Two other divisions are mentioned: Event Flow, for events, and Ed'Learn, for training. The underlying logic consists of leveraging the same audience of decision-makers across multiple group activities: information, professional meetings and training.
At group level, the transaction is part of an organization comprising four activities: Reworld Media (media), Ed'Learn (training), Event Flow (events) and Nyorda Group (technology and digital marketing). In 2026, UNIFY Group is present in 12 countries, generates 37% of its revenue internationally and brings together 1,858 employees.
The group, headquartered in Boulogne-Billancourt, is listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the code ALUNI. The acquisition strengthens UNIFY Group's media activity among finance, business law, asset management and insurance professionals.
An Acquisition Following Announcements from Brussels and SPAS Organisation
This acquisition comes after several closely timed announcements. On October 1, 2026, UNIFY Group had announced the acquisition of the College of Art & Design, a Brussels design school integrated into its Ed'Learn division. On October 13, 2026, UNIFY Group signed a memorandum of understanding for the acquisition of SPAS Organisation, an organizer of twenty trade shows dedicated notably to organic products and well-being, in order to strengthen its Event Flow division.
Furthermore, the board of directors had approved on October 14, 2026, in principle, a simplified public purchase offer covering 1.51% of the capital, at the price of €2.70 per share, with a view to canceling the securities.
