The defense and aerospace group sits at the bottom of the CAC 40, in a well-oriented Paris market. A new analyst rating is issued the same day, without halting the stock's slide.
An isolated stock in a sharply higher CAC 40, below its three moving averages
Thales fell 2.79% to €226.50 intraday, versus €233 the previous day, while the CAC 40 gained 1.51% and the SBF 120 rose 1.47%. Banking stocks led the index higher, with BNP Paribas up 5% and Société Générale up 4.83%, while defense remained on the sidelines.

The MA200, at €240.58, is the furthest away. The support at €215.70 lies about 4.8% below the current price, while the resistance at €238.70 is more than 5% above. The RSI at 44 remains neutral.
