Icade shares rebound 3% despite Deutsche Bank's lowered target
The office property company is clearly recovering in a Parisian market supported by rising indices. This rebound comes while the stock remains far from its levels of a year ago, after a series of historic lows in October.
Today's move brought the price back above its 20-day moving average (€14.69, a gap of 3.74%), while the 50-day moving average at €15.96 remains 4.5% higher. The RSI at 52 is neutral. The rebound barely offsets the 22% decline over three months, and Icade is still down 26.5% over one year.
