Rémy Cointreau: 76.8% of Rights Opt for Dividend in Shares at €39.21
Following the close of the option period open from July 30 to September 14, 2026, the majority of rights attached to Rémy Cointreau's ordinary dividend for 2025-26 were exercised in favor of payment in shares rather than in cash.

The general meeting of shareholders of Rémy Cointreau, held on July 21, 2026 in Paris, approved the payment of an ordinary dividend of €0.75 per share for fiscal year 2025-26, of which €0.50 in cash and €0.25 with the option to be paid in cash or shares.
At the close of the option period, 76.8% of rights were exercised in favor of payment of the dividend in shares. For the purposes of this payment, 256,395 new shares will be issued at an issue price of €39.21, corresponding to 90% of the average quoted prices on Euronext during the 20 trading sessions preceding the date of the general meeting, less the amount of the dividend and rounded up to the nearest euro cent.
Settlement and delivery of the shares and their admission to trading on Euronext will take place on October 1, 2026. These shares will carry dividend rights from April 1, 2026, the beginning of the current fiscal year, and will be fully assimilated to shares already admitted. The cash dividend to be paid to shareholders who did not elect payment in shares will also be paid on October 1, 2026.
In total, the payment of the 2025-26 dividend will represent a cash outflow of €29.2 million, compared to €58.8 million for fiscal year 2024-25. Rémy Cointreau's share capital now stands at €84,554,038.40, divided into 52,846,274 shares with a nominal value of €1.60.
