OVHcloud reported a revenue of 1,084.6 million euros for the fiscal year 2025, an increase of 9.3% compared to the previous year on a like-for-like basis. The adjusted EBITDA margin reached 40.4%, amounting to 437.8 million euros, marking an increase of 2.0 percentage points from 2024. The net result turned positive at 0.4 million euros compared to a loss of 10.3 million euros the previous year. The Unlevered Free Cash Flow more than doubled to 57.6 million euros.

OVHcloud appointed Octave Klaba as the CEO to align the company's vision, strategy, and execution. Among strategic initiatives, the company launched several cloud products, strengthened its position in the United States with over 100 million euros in revenue from the region, and enhanced its professional services offerings.
