Teleperformance shares at the bottom of the SBF 120 after plunging 16% following its third-quarter results
The customer relations specialist collapsed during the session, ranking last in the SBF 120, after a business update that disappointed. At the same time, the Paris market declined amid a strong risk-averse climate stemming from Wall Street.
2026 revenue target lowered after a decline in the third quarter
Teleperformance shares lose 16.11% to €67.78, compared with €80.80 at the previous close, and rank last in the SBF 120, which falls 1.66% at midday. The stock is also down 14.72% over the week.
On November 5, the group published a revenue of €2,532 million in the third quarter, down 1.2% on a like-for-like basis. Activity excluding Trust & Safety services rises 2.0% on the same basis.
The decline in these services, more pronounced than anticipated, and a sector environment less favorable than expected led the company to lower its 2026 revenue target. The recurring EBITA margin and net available cash flow targets are confirmed.
On the analyst side, TP Icap Midcap lowers its target from €65 to €62 with a hold rating, and Deutsche Bank cuts its target from €57 to €56, also a hold.
The stock falls back below its moving averages and approaches the 30-session low
The drop pushes the price below its 20-session moving average (MM20, €77.76, a gap of -12.83%) and its 50-session moving average (MM50, €73.36, a gap of -7.61%).
The 200-session moving average (MM200), at €61.45, remains 10.30% below the price. The lowest level of the last 30 sessions, at €68.66, has just been broken to the downside and now serves as support. The RSI has fallen to 33.
On valuation, the consensus of the analysts covered forecasts a P/E ratio of about 5.0 times earnings for the current fiscal year.
Reported net short positions reach 5.32% of the share capital, held by six funds, down 1.22 points over thirty days. This level remains high, even though it declined before the publication. The next key figure is the €68.66 support, which must be reclaimed to erase the day's breach.
